NPower Sales Tactics

I appreciate this is nothing new as they've already tried this on me once before, but this is a warning to anyone naive enough to fall for NPower's deceitful sales ploy.

They came to my house yesterday saying that I was on their list (he knew my name) of people who (can't remember exact spiel) had been identified as paying too high a rate and not receiving the correct bonuses. He very much portrayed it that I'd been individually identified as one such person, as if they were privy to information on what I pay.

He then asked who my current supplier is, to which I challenged him as to how I could possibly have been individually identified as someone overpaying if they don't even know my current supplier. I eventually got him to admit that his list was nothing more than those who are not with NPower and sent him packing.:T
