It seems to be being a little crazy this week. I had to resubmit 3 times to get it to work for me. Tried to do it for my mum but it just wouldn't let me and kept coming back with the error.

It said the same message to me but I just pressed send again and it worked. So, if the same happens next week, just keep pressing send until it accepts. Feel really bad that other people didn't get one now
