yes, one of a million things, the main one is for the brake servo, then there are the little ones for EGR systems fuel pressure switches.......blah blah blah.... seriously though there are loads of them how much was it..??? often there little rubber pipes and they perish over time and split.0

If your car is a turbo a vacuum hose is the small hose that activates the turbo (when the air pressure on the engine changes to a vacuum, the suction opens valves to the turbo). They tend to be brittle and if they have a leak/damage the turbo will not run efficiently (or at all). A good service should look at air leaks on a turbo based car.0
