My order was still showing as pending that was due for delivery into store on monday. Called up the helpline to find out my order had been cancelled but I hadnt been informed. Guy asked if I want to reorder so I said ok, after a few minutes on hold he came back to tell me that my items were out of stock. I said I ordered them online instead of getting them in store as they were on a promotion. He offered me 200 points as a goodwill gesture. I said I was getting 600 as I ordered 3 different things, he put me back on hold again. When he came back he informed me it wasnt 600 points I was getting with my order it was 572 and then a bonus 600 and he would add 1172 points onto my card today for me!! Very happy girl I now am!! Got all those points without spending a penny! So if anybody else hasnt recieved their order yet I would call them up!!
