MFI equivalent type store?

I am looking around to replace my bedroom furniture, but am finding it hard to find anything that is like the MFI type budget.
Ikea are a good option, but B and Q had a VERY small range, not really worth looking at. After that, all I can find are companies that design and build it for you, at a cost!
Anyone know of any MFI/Ikea type places in the Northumberland/Tyneside area?
