The name of the company which swift recovery claim to be working with is Kerobo. Details are on their website. Good luck, I am trying to retrieve money too.

Oh well, you may as well write off your fee to Kerobo then given their reputation for lack of success and not being able to get your money back.

If you type into your search engine, Swift Recovery or Kerobo tel no (or any other number you are suspicious of) You will get a flavour of what a problem there is.

I have recenty spoken to Kerobo sister company there number is 0161 969 9000, the man was trying to help he has said he will ring me back. we will see.

i have now spoken to the man, Kerobo have a conjunction against Swift recovery for using their forms. I have a solicitor on the case he is finding the directors as we speak.

This tel number also appears on the Whos Calling Me website as a duff number

hi i also have been ripped of by swiftrecovery uk took 199.99p out of my account with out permission trying to get it back but no luck been to oft plus c.a.b told not to sign the forms posted them back with letter but no reply phoned them but just keeps ringing off has anyone had any contact with them recently wondring if i should report them to the police if it would help ?

I have been trying since Nov. I complained to the Ministry of Justice, email info@claimsregulation.gov.uk who told me that Swiftrecovery and Kerobo are not authorised to deal with these cases, so, how do they get hold of our details in the first place?

well ive been and reported it to the police as fraud all they could do was pass it on to the trading standers which ive already been to they are investagating it but i dont hold out much hope ,has anybody else on this forum reported it to the police i know they are registerd with companies house. do anybody know what the managers name was they gave me david healy woundreing if they gave same name to every one

Ministry of Justice has asked me to send all information, letters, details of phone calls, names etc, to them which I have done. I have also complained to the Information Commisioners' Office (ICO) under the data protection act.
