That actually makes them sound even more dodgy.
That information is not published anywhere. So, how did they know about the policies? Theft of data perhaps?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). You should be contacting the insurers and telling them that details of your policies have been compromised and asking them to take action to prevent further improper disclosure of your personally identifiable information.0

Hi
My wife had similar phone call the other day. Just wondering if you have heard from them and are they genuine.
Thanks0 -
The company are genuine but what they claiming and they were they are selling their services is certainly not. If they have policy data then they are breaching data protection laws and the comapany isnt registered with the information commissioner so holding that data is also a breach.
If the claims they make are false or exaggerated and they hold data they shouldnt and are not registered with the appropriate authorities then do you really want to be dealing with them?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Can anyone help me how I can get the £200 this company took from my bank account. I have told them I dont want to go ahead so they told me to return the forms they had sent me and they would refund me my £200. I returned the relevant forms 3 weeks ago and I still have not got my £200 back. I have emailed them they are not returning my emails and I have tried to phone but no one answers. Please any ideas how to get my money back or what to do to get my money back.
