I've taken if off the market anyway

Interesting response to my thread the other day but, having given it some thought I've taken my house off the market. Will keep the board up outside, but given myself some time off.
Prices may stagnate, or rise, and may well fall but hey ho, I feel better for bowing out, gracefully, now!

You can rely on me to bump this thread up in 6 months time... to see what the market asking-price action is like for HP16, with comparables for that 3 bed maisonette (£167,500).
Good luck with your decision. Hope for your sake the second leg of the crash hasn't begun to kick in by then and you don't regret it.0
