Was wondering if anyone could help. I just recieved a reply from Rachel saying i signed up to choose a prize on the 9th of December when the offer wasnt live on the website until the 11th. So just wanted to know when everyone else signed up. I defo went through pigsback unless it was all a dream hoping this doesnt get lost amidst all the arguing :rolleyes:

Presumably I signed up 28 days before I got my points and this is what my piggy bank says. I normally sign up for offers on the day they go live.

My understanding of this site was that it was a community. Surely in communities you come across a variety of people with different opinions
