It's not on my page 1 its on page 2 but I only have 10 threads per page setting. I pointed out an error last week and I didn't even get a replyI emailed postmaster and pm'd Darragh.

To be fair on PB/Darragh, if I emailed Barclays, John Lewis, Tesco or someone like that and told them that there was an error on their website, I wouldn't expect them to write back and thank me!
And from a lot of Darragh's posts, it sounds like they're really busy over there sorting things out, so they likely don't have time to reply unless there's a specific customer service question0 -
