Lazy and crap? Stop being so harsh. It's rude posts like this which make the Pigsback thread such a negative place to visit. People shouldn't have to walk on eggshells to post questions - and sorry, but I didn't find droopsnout's rantings comical at all - at least the question was related to Pigsback regardless of it's repetition.

i dont post on here very often because when i do - someone decides to criticise my post :idea:

and its true some people are really harsh on here! its a forum where people can ask questions (even if it has been posted before - there are no rules about repeated posts)

i personnally think that people are allowed their own say!!

ok, maybe crap was harsh and the wrong word, but lazy is the only word I can think of to describe posting a question which was answered explicitly in the previous 25 posts - if you are on the max of 40 posts/pg it is only a maximum of one click away!

I am not being negative, I am tired of having to trawl through meaningless posts, which ask the same simple questions which people would find answers to if they just read the thread!

I disagree about posts like mine adding to the negativity of this thread - what I think adds to the negativity of the thread is the attitude of so many on this board towards pigsback - Negative


there are those people who complain at the first second if pigsback do not post the points within the guidelines given. I agree that pigsback should not claim that points will not post so many days after transaction but a few days or more leeway is not that bad - they usually post, and if they dont then wait a few days more and then get in touch - PB have ALWAYS posted points which I have earned eventually, I have been a member since early 2000 when it started in Ireland - compare this with quidco who I have 3 transactions outstanding for a total of £115 - I have just asked quidco what the situation is with them and have been told I am unlikely to ever see my cash! - So many posts of Darragh this and Darragh that - it really annoys me, people complaining about not getting any click throughs for a couple of weeks etc...... gripe gripe gripe moan moan moan


I am also annoyed at the biting about the jackpot - IT IS NOT A BOOK - THERE IS NO REASON TO EXPECT TO RECIEVE YOUR STAKE BACK

It is a jackpot - nothing more nothing less - it is like a sweepstake where everyone gets to pick their own entry - it is like a fantasy football competition - If every one in a FF competition picked the same team - they would not all get their entry fee back as the competition runners always take an operation cut.

I have lost points several times when I have gambled by points on sure winners only to see them diminsh - the only advice that I could give to pigsback and Darragh is to bring the guide back which indicated how many points one was likely to recoup should we win the prize

I think people believed there would be benefit in winning and if there isn't then what is the point of it. I agree that pigsback havn't tried to cause distress or cheat people in any way. However it is a business and is judged as such.
I don't bet so havn't lost anything.
However I'm still waiting for my 300 ebay points, plus another 100 from 2 50 point offers and yes I will complain till I get them.

yes I agree with kitty kat too..weve now had to listen to pdotie take up half an a4 page trying to justify his/her rudeness which is doing precisely what she /he is moaning about.I suggest you go and join droopsnout to the archives and let people post there comments without your eruptions
