I have gone through Quidco twice to purchase from Asda. Both times it has tracked but at £0.00. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes it always tracks as £0.00 then it updates itself, I think you have to allow 14 days or so.

EVery week mine tracks as £0.00 but everyone has been paid so far.

Yes, they are still doing it. I have had my delivery tracked and validated every week so far
Has this changed in the last couple of weeks...? I can't seem to find it on Quidco anymore?
My first ever shop tracked at £0, but never updated and is now showing as £0 paid, so I never got anything out of it anyway, but still a shame...
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...

    Same with me:

    £0.00 from ASDA.com
    paid on 21 Dec 09

    That's on £100+ spend.

Quidco don't do enquiries but clearly there is a problem here with the system if it's tracking and paying out £0.

In the Terms and Conditions it reads:

Repeat Grocery sales will track in within 14 days at £0.00 and will be updated to the correct amount upon validation (10 days from delivery date). First Online Grocery sale (£5.00) will track within 14 days at £0.00 and will track in again at the correct amount up to 60 days after the delivery date.

The 1% on groceries isn't mentioned anymore either - was it just for a limited time? Or perhaps we now also have to wait up to 60 days like the first order tracking.

My first order on 22 Dec tracked a few days later at 66p, but the January ones for the 4th,18th and 25th still show £0.00.

  • I emailed them and asked - they have pulled it, so I guess the only way of getting cashback on grocery orders now is by using mysupermarket.com. Get £5 quidco first time you use them, then claim ipoints each time you shop instead. Not ideal, but at least it's something...
