ASDA 1% cashback on every grocery order with quidco

just noticed this on quidco and thought it merited a mention.
Taken from quidco:

I think i've run into a problem with this. I've never had a problem before with eVouchers until today when I went through quidco - so, looks like the 2 don't work together. I'd rather have £5.50 off my delivery than 1% cashback.0

I went through Quidco for my first home delivery at Asda yesterday and it hasn't shown on my Quidco account.
I'm really annoyed, as Quidco do not investigate Asda, so looks like I won't be getting my £5.00 cashback.

i think if you have shopped with asda before you need to delete your cookies or something? otherwise it recognises you already and doesn't recognise the fact you have linked through quidco. something like that. i'm sure someone more technical can explain it better!0
