maybe its too expensive for what it is or maybe it is priced right but because the pics dont do it justice people write it off as being too expesnsive for what it is and therefore arent interrested!0

But even a small back yard, which is all we have, can be turned into a little Eden to escape to.

Sorry these are from last year - had too much happening recently to have time to upload this year's photos.
Our yard is even fuller of plants  this year, if I was selling I'd thin it a bit and make sure that the table and chairs were plant free!
It really is a plus to have an outside place to be, even if it's small.
Good luck with your sale.

Photographs are dreadful, the property outside and in looks dreary and dark tho I am sure it isn't. It's a corner house so some rooms will be dual aspect yet the reception rooms cannot be described as 'light and airy' which is what buyers want.
The first shot should be the front of what is essentially a pretty period property not the side elevation. You really do need to paint that depressing render, it won't cost much more than time and effort - paint is pretty cheap. If you can borrow some evergreen pot plants to put by the front door for photos and viewings do so. Get rid of the photo of the street scene - why on earth would you advertise that?
If there are net curtains, take them down and clean the windows, put up holdbacks for the curtains or temporarily replace them with something much lighter. What is under that dark carpet? Could you sand and varnish or paint the floorboards for a lighter effect?
Kitchen and bathroom are lovely tho the bathroom needs a photo of the actual bath not just a cupboard door, and you only need one photo of the kitchen! Photos of the bedrooms that actually show some floor space not just the windows - at the moment it looks like you couldn't get a bed in either of the rooms shown.
I know you say you don't have money to make any changes, but find some or there was no point in asking our advice - beg, borrow or steal (joke). Eat the contents of your kitchen cupboards and freezer for a month (see Old Style board), don't take any money to work, sell something on eBay, try some Matched Betting (see Gambling Loopholes board), walk or cycle and leave the car in the garage ... basically live like hermits for a month.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
Really, painting the house is going to lift it's kerb appeal and frankly the value by a lot more than the cost of the paint. If you have any spare time to DIY then it won't cost much more than £100. Do not paint it white. Paint it magnolia because it's cheap and the colour is softer than stark white.
If you have not had any viewers at all then you have to either consider where you are marketing it - is that website the prime site for Northern Ireland?
And then the price. Show us what else is available locally - same price, cheaper and a little more expensive.
But that front shot does more damage than you might think. The house is actually quite attractive if you haven't got so much road in the shot and the road sign; it needs to be face on from the front and it will look 10 times better if it isn't a neglected dirty grey. Sorry to be blunt, but plain render is never a good look for a house. You will be amazed at the transition - I might ha ve a pic of one of ours, before and after.
We went on the market yesterday. Not on Right Move yet, just the local paper and we've had one viewing (local competition I think they might be) and another for tomorrow. Something is dreadfully wrong if you have no viewers in all this time.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I was looking at your house again, and noticed the fire in the living room. Is it original? Good selling point if it is. Try and get more of the tile pattern on it showing if you can.
You also mention "Solid wood front door to entrance hall with tiled floor and cornicing." Are these tiles original? If so, try getting a photo with them showing. Would be better than the photo of the staircase!
I'd try and dress the kitchen window a bit - maybe a brightly coloured roller blind? You might even be able to get one on freecycle.
Bathroom - be better to show the shower than the loo! But at least you have the lid down!
Might be worth seeing if there are any jumble sales at weekends - some of them do have furniture, admittedly a minority. Any car boot sales near you? You might pick up some cheap furniture there that could be renovated even if it looks tatty.
Good luck again!

I hope you share your link on Right Move when it goes up - I'm really [STRIKE]nosy[/STRIKE] curious to see it.:cheesy:
Good luck with the viewing, and here's to a quick sale!

I actually quite like the look of it! I'd come and see it if I was in that neck of the woods.
The main this is that I agree with the comments about taking photos and where the light is coming from. You need to show more of the rooms and less of the windows
The kitchen looks great so don't think there's a problem there. You need to try and get more of the room in the pictures, even if that means sitting on a work surface or cramming yourself in a cupboard!
You also seem to have 2 sitting areas, or 2 different sofa suites, anyway! Could you keep the light one, put the dark one into storage and get a dining table to put in? Edit: if you don't have the money to buy a dining table then could you look on freecycle, or sell one of the suites and buy one? When you move would you need 2 sofa suites? If not might be better to get rid of it now!
Just had another thought, do you have a dining room? When viewers look at the photos they might see 2 living rooms and think "oh, there's no space for a dining table", so I would suggest that re-arrangement of furniture to give each room or area a distinction of purpose might help.**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

Thank you, everyone who gave advice. I think the main points are:
- front-on exterior
- paint outside of house (magnolia, not white)
- better interior photos (with less windows!)
- brighten up with lampshades, blinds, pot plants etc
Thanks again, you guys.
