I'm back but am on sons laptop as someone is wrapping pressies in my room! I've had no problems with Play.com they have always sent stuff quickly to me. Amazon though, doesn't that depend on the company you buy from? Isn't Amazon just a selling portal but you are buying from individual companies? If so can you approach the company itself?:rolleyes:

It's not so much play.coms fault they say they are getting things out asap but weather conditions don't help
