When I regestered, afterwards it told me I needed to confirm my email address and that they'd sent me a link

Ahh right, that should have arrived almost immediately if not it should be within the hour. try re-registering and see what happens when the hour is up. Good luck

right ive been following on and off today was quite good it froze - meant I could have a little snooze!! Im off to get a bath see if that makes me feel more human!
