    I didn't get the first email, just an email about a week later to say my cheque was on it's way.

    I got contacted to say they couldn't find my address on the PO website and could I give them full details. I just emailed them back. They never rang me - maybe my humungous £10 wasn't big enough to warrant a call. :D

    I've not heard of anyone getting a call....I think they just check your details online.
