That's awful. You could try posting on the ebay board they have more experience with how Paypal's procedures work. From what I've heard you've just got to keep persevering with their customer service department until you finally get someone who knows what they're doing :rolleyes:

Do you know how they got in? Might be worth scanning your computer for malicious software keyloggers etc

I will give them till tomorrow morning and if no luck with them I could try via ebay, you never know they may be able to help.

My advise to everyone on here is to make sure all your log in for all your money accounts are totally different with a good mix of letters and numbers, so no one could guess them, also make sure every account is different, as I had two the with the same password, and if I hadn't been quick another account could have been hacked.

to be honest i didnt have to do much about it the people at paypal spotted it quickly so i was lucky to get it resolved within the week. Still I havent resolved the account lock yet since its a lot of faff lol i should be back for 5
