Hang on if you've got a different surname you could live in a flat above or beside each other so don't worry about it. just wait and see if they send the cheque. If magic don't, tell them he's a lodger. There must be other people living in apartments/flats up and down the country who've entered this. At least you got the higher amount first :beer:

Do you know if anyone on MSE has had that happen, i.e. win twice from the same address then not get the cheque?
If so, maybe they could ask Magic what happens to the money they didn't win.... i.e. did it get given to the next winner or not...

i do know of someone who won twice with same address and they didnt get sent the second cheque since they did say in both email and terms and condition about it being 1 win per household

Interesting, as my email (16th October) didn't have the paragraph about "only one entry per person" at all ! They must have added that at some point
