What is everyone searching for when using the search button? ive tried searching just for last 4 digit number but nothing is found (tested it with the few that have just been posted and they dont get found either)

We're not sure why, but if the Mix Up letters and number are copied and pasted in colour, the search facility won't find them
If the Mix Up letters and numbers are changed to black e.g. BNEHFNTE-0892, the search works
I have to copy and paste into Word to be able to change the text colour

how do i clear the cache, ive got loads of red xs everywhere and nets playing up too

Must be something to do with all the "font color" flags in HTML (see by highlighting and right clicking to view selection source). There's one pair for each letter to assign the colour.

I think the HTML is seeing each letter as if a separate word.
