aww thats awful try sending an email to them saying how excited youve been about their promotion etc and that you always have the page open ready for 9 and that on all occassions you get the form but for some reason it wont go through.. maybe they'll send you one anyway

Me too. That has got to be the most infuriating form... This was my very first time of trying EVER and it still said can only enter once per week. It also complained about the phone number. I VERY rarely give out my mobile number and it wouldn't accept my home phone, with or without spaces. When I eventually gave it what it wanted I still couldn't get the thing to go through. (What do people without mobiles do?)

Then I tried my partners name with a different email address and mobile no (I'll probably get in trouble with OH for that). Still said can enter only once per week. (Does this mean it did take an entry and I might still get one?)

Then I tried a different PC next to me, with different Ip address, still no joy... all the while plenty of "still fields that need completing" errors...

Looks like I'll be buying my choccy treats today... :-(

I've just sent a complaint in on their form. Mentioned trying two different people names, two different PCs running two different operating systems with two different IP addresses and two different browsers. Will see what happens...

Mousy - that happened to me as well I tried a few times then cleared the cookies it worked for me then !!

I couldn't get one either this morning, tried for me, my mum, my oh and my dad and it said we'd all already entered this week, but I only ever entered on the 2nd week. I missed last week coz I slept in......

Oh and the form is still showing if I click on the link again

As for the Crunchies - if the form is still showing and you haven't got one yet, keep trying. I got the error message but used my back button and must have entered the captcha more than 20 attempts but eventually got one! Was it worth it? Doubt it! lol
