hi everyone, just read the t&c's for this and down near the bottom there's rules for disquallification and now wondering if number 2 would apply if they caught on to this thread about people watching for others details?
think it's great everyone pulling together but now just a bit concerned about joining in as would be gutted if prize was withheld x

Grounds for Disqualification

1. Bauer reserves the right to disqualify any entrants and their submissions if they fail to comply with the Competition Terms or the Website Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant is unfit to participate for reasons of health and safety. Bauer’s decision will be final in all matters.
2. Bauer reserves the right to disqualify any entrants and their submissions if in Bauer’s reasonable opinion an entry has been made or a prize has been won illegitimately and improperly by or on behalf of the entrant.
3. In the event of disqualification from the Competition a replacement contestant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Competition Terms.

Think that would be solved if people just don't say I claimed for so and so today when you help someone out by claiming their win for them?

2. You may only enter a Competition as an individual, any entries made by parties operating as a syndicate will be disqualified.

How would they know who claimed? As long as the details are correct.

It has been asked before and yes people from the North have won and claimed (and received cheques I believe)! Open to all UK

i believe that's referring to a group of people entering as one person, so small businesses etc. though i could be wrong
