Yeah i think the issue is more of, even letting them know by phone won't do much, unless they're within 20 +/- minutes of a computer.

I'm going to be out most of the day (damn university!) so I think the best thing to do would be that if my name comes up just to say in the thread who is going to click it. If you end up needing more details then you have my mobile number and as long as it isn't between 11 and 1 then I will be able to answer straight away.

I think anouncing who is going to click it for the person (if they come up!) is probably the best bet. Afterall, it doesn't need to be clicked straightaway, there is twenty minutes.
