In respect of that one here's the reply from Magic who I wrote to on Friday. There are other major ongoing queries and concerns that I have also raised, that I have been pledged on a response on by 5pm today so will update you further as/when these are received:

At this stage I can confidently allay your fears in that there have indeed been multiple selections from the database, but these selections in no way illustrate a pattern or a process that could be defined as anything other than random.

The system we use with an independent agency is robust and is widely accepted as such. Any duplication of selections may have occured earlier in the promotion when registrations were off a very low base - therefore with only a few hundred names in the system it was more likely that names could repeat.

The agency used to build and implement the site is certified to conduct competitions in this manner.

I will write to you fully by 5pm on Monday when I have had the time to gather information from our digital department and the external agency.

I agree,

Depends on the size of the entrants pool and how many draws there's been in total, but it is a pretty remote chance and even more remote for someone to have been drawn 3 times (as was the case last week!!!!)
