Vista Services Optimizer?

Hi just been checking out http://www.snapfiles.com/get/vsoptimizer.html & wondered if any one was using/used it? & is it really worth downloading?

Well, I haven't used it as I only use Vista on a test PC when I really have to, but in XP I just disabled the services I didn't want manually. (There are plenty of guides on the 'net that provide details of the various services).
I'm not sure I would feel comfortable with some software trying to work out which services to enable, but then I'm a bit of a control freak when it comes to PCs...
Two that I always disable are the System Restore Service and Indexing Service as they probably hog resources more than other services and (for me, at least) aren't particularly useful.
