    What about rose bushes?

There's sure to be a coral anniversary one, and you can definately get one called "congratulations". I bought my brother that one and some other wedding related ones when he married, and they were thrilled with them.
Here I go again on my own....

It was my dad's 25th wedding anniversary in February, and starting from last Summer, I collected lots of bits and bobs from 1981. I collected a Radio Times from the date of their wedding, the number 1 single from that date (Shaddap You Face:rotfl: ), the Oscar winng film, FA Cup final programme etc.
I put themn all in a box file sprayed silver with an insert of all kinds of facts that I'd researched on the net such as what was happening in the soaps in 1981, sporting champions, what was in the news blah blah.

    They loved it:beer:

Please don't be tempted to buy anything made of coral! How old are your parents? Maybe you could give something water related like a scuba lesson. Maybe you could make a gift to an organisation working on coral reefs on their behalf. Would they be interested in keeping fish? perhaps an aquarium with a reef theme...

for our 30 wedding annivesary our daughters booked and paid for us to visit the eden project, the idea being we could go back and visit every few years to see how it was evolving , we are going back, hopefully this year , our 33rd annivesary, we have a couple of plants bought from the first trip growing in our garden. it was a present we will never forget, but something we would never have thought of for ourselves.

I am sure that anything that you have put thought in to will go down very well with your parents, no one knows them as well as you , it is not the price off things that matter it,s the fact that you have put your time and effort into making things that little bit special that makes all the difference
