I did not say that did I had you read my post properly. I just said it was be unfortunate which it would be but I would try and avoid walking on road if the road was dangerous. But if there was small gap I would go by if it happen to be a person with a pram they may scratch the car accidently or deliberately that is what I meant not go by and deliberately do it

I did not suggest anything about taking law into there hands, I have had my car hit by another car whilst stationary and then following day vandalised and I knwo who did it, but never taken action against them

Well since you are advocating taking the law into your own hands, wouldn't you get their attention better if you slashed their tyres, or maybe set fire to it? Or perhaps murdering the driver so they can't do it again?

No I did not suggest that it should be, I was stating it could be done you misunderstood my post

"it will be most unfortunate if someone happens to go by and scratch the car either deliberately or accidentally" since where do I say they should.

It's such an old car, I doubt they would care about a scratch. I reckon it's a prostitute's car or a pimp's car.

Wouldn't the car be there for days or even weeks afterwards?
