eBay item not arrived?

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I bought a Blackberry phone on eBay last Tuesday (15th) and the seller said it was posted Thursday morning (I didn't pay untill Wed you see).
It's still not arrived but the seller assures me it was posted on that date...any ideas what I can do?

    Ask for the tracking number?
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

    I sent a message asking for this the other day but have had nothing back so sent another message.
    The seller had 78 100% positive feedback so I've no reason to think it's a dodgy deal...possibly due to postal service? I'm not sure.

    mmmmm contact him again. Feedback means nothing.

    And make sure you check what you are signing for if anything does come recorded, open it up in front of the postman first unless you have also ordered some kinky stuff off the internet :rotfl:
