Morning all, is there any way for a computer-illiterate moron such as moi to find out how many hits my property has had on Rightmove?

I get a fortnightly report forwarded from my estate agents as to the Rightmove hits - I think Rightmove send them to the EAs automatically. They show the hits on your property compared to the average hits for your EA as well - can be useful.

But remember, hits could just be the same 6 neighbours, 10 family members, 4 people at work and 7 other people in the local area who are watching yours out of nosiness or wondering whether they should put theirs on the market.
Hits doesn't equal interested people.0 -

Agree with this - my neighbours house has just gone on the market a couple of days ago and I think i've already looked at it 3 or 4 times in Rightmove.
No interest in buying it whatsoever - just being the typical nosey neighbour :rotfl:....so not quite sure how many hits a property gets is actual 'potential buyers'.The trouble with doing something right the first time is that nobody appreciates how difficult it is!0 -
The number of hits may sound interesting must must be studied carefully taking into account many other factors which only the EA will understand IMO.
The highest number of hits has NO relationship to the number of viewers or numbers asking for more details.
As an EA I looked and compared like with like as far as hits were concerned but no EA will give information on other clients.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. Many thanks for your help, all: I was just curious.0
