Houses in my area are selling, but selling very slowly. We are looking at 2 x houses and both have been on the market for approx 2 years (1 x house had a buyer but the survey revealed some work needed doing and the sale fell through; property now back on market).
One is for sale at £217k and the other £164k.
We have no idea what to offer.................!!
