Is there a simple way of writing a program or just a macro do to what I do every morning when I come into the office and then save it to startup and save me some time.
Basically every morning I switch on the laptop, navigate to mydocuments, and copy the entire contents to the network drive.
Any suggestions?

several ways to do this, a script or batch file placed the in the start up or start menu folder will do this automatically, or you could use task scheduler to run it at a specific time
or you could use a free macro program like do it again
