Wednesday really really good but because loads of stock came in for back orders
    Today...awful

Do you see a theme emerging!

She did go into breakdown today and started to panic a bit. I have tried to offer ideas on ways to cut back :)

My stomach lurched when I read that. She must be so worried. Hopefully it will pick up when folks get paid.
  • I am trying to stay positive but its not working.

    any suggestions?
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Work. Only been back three weeks and I already feel like I want to run away

I now seem to work in something akin to Stazi controlled east Berlin.

  • Bless.
I thought you had got some good comments this term?
  • Yes but now it seems they count for nothing since the head isn't hugely keen on her and he is conducting student interviews (his latest whizz bang thing)

they go one of two ways
    1. the kids like you so you ok and you get a letter from the head saying so
    2. or they don't like you and a complaint (of unknown description) is logged against you.

Now touch wood the kids like me, so I *should * be ok but with our head who knows?

And one of my friends is going through hell, and another friend who promised to support her now isn't. Its a MESS Bookie and I really have no idea of how to fix it or manage it.

Buffy, is there a possibility of a quiet word with one of the Govenors ?? Is the head's action sponsored by the board or is he going it alone ?? Mrs G-J was a teacher and schools can be, well, insular to put it mildly.....

Would he also expect the pigs to rate the slaughterman? That's madness, some of the kids will be fair but most wont. What will he do if he gets loads of kids going 'I'll give you a good report if you give me an A'.

I think speaking to the governers would be a good way to go, he really doesn't sound like he should be in charge of a bag of sweets never mind a school!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • Its possible but not many of the other staff would support me. Everyone is very scared.

I am going to do some planning and organising this weekend and make a plan of action.

I just wish there was a way out. No new job so far and oh I don't know I am tired.

    thank you guys xxxx
