Id had an idea, opinions please. One of my best friends is about to ween her 3rd child (3 under 4 she has) and she has cooked and made all the food they have eaten. The kids have millions of toys and the 3rd really doesn't need anything. I thought I might make up some puree's and weaning meals that she could stick in the freezer as a christmas present. Doesn't cost me anything (apples from orchard, veg allotment) other than my time. I obviously have more time than her, so good or bad Idea?
If one of my friends did that I would love them forever. poor lily either gets the same meal 24 times in a row because i've made too much or ends up eating the shop stuff because i've not made any.:A

I think it sounds like the perfect present - the baby gets a change of food and the mum gets more time, win win. Of course, only you know if they're materialistic or not and so would want something spending on them, but if they're halfway decent people they'll probably love you forever for that present.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
