How to convert mp4 to avi?

Can you suggest a free software for mp4 to avi conversion?

Trial versions on Google doesnt allow me to convert the whole file.

I use the free version of http://www.any-video-converter.com/ for just about any video conversion task I have.

You can either search the forum for other suggestions or wait for the usual suspects to add their own favoured program. Then you'll be able to try a few and decide which one you prefer.
