11.5 months doing the viewing with no offers, within 48hours of a price drop we had 4 offers :T:T
16 weeks later we have exchanged :j:j
We move 1st Oct yeah :T:T
Stats ..
May 08 On market 165k
May 09 Sold at 125k
Dec 03 brought at £117k
Am i happy ? .....Hell yeah .... am i slightly tipsy ... might be ... am i drunk ... Without a doubt :rotfl::rotfl:
