mp3 player help, Dock????

Hello i was looking for some help from you lovely people. I am not even sure what i need to buy but thought if i expalined what i was looking for someone could help me out.

My husband is disabled and loves to lisen to music, at home we have sky so he likes to listen to the music channels. Every couple of months he goes to a rehabilitation centre for two weeks, he has a radio that he takes with him at present but he really prefers his own music on his old mp3 player but the is unable to use headphones now. Is there any equiptment/device that would charge an mp3 player (as no computer to charge his mp3 at the centre) and then play it a loud for when he was away.

I am looking to pay no more than £100 for some way that i can download music on to then be played aloud and charged though a normal plug.

Many thanks for any help provided
