How to get Disney channel other than Sky?

Hi all,
My daughter has been asking for Disney channel for over a year now, but in true MSE style I would like to have the channel at the cheapest possible option.

I have a freeview box and the channel isn't available on Freeview. Other than Sky, is there any service to get Disney? If so, what's the cheapest option/way to get the channel? Are the others cheaper than Sky? The likes of top up tv?

Shows that it's available on Sky, Virgin, Tiscali TV & BT Vision on demand, while Disney +1 is on Sky & Virgin.
