Hi can anyone answer if there is a credit card which does not incur any charges when used in the usa. help

Use for puchases only, not cash withdrawals otherwise you will have to pay interest.
For cash withdrawals, a Nationwide Debit Card is a good one as it would only charge 0.84% loading as opposed to the typical 2.75%.
