Looking for advice . BMI Baby cancelled a flight I had booked at the end of August . I have followed the advice on the website and written to Customer Services to ask for a refund . This I have done on 3 separate occasions ,each time enclosing a print out of the relevant documentation ; as yet I have not received even an acknowledgement of having received any letters . I can't find any email address for BMI Baby Customer Services on the website. Even sent an email to the group reservations email address I found on the site asking them to forward to the correct department . Still nothing . I am loathe to telephone , be kept waiting and to pay high phone costs for a premium number . Any suggestions ?

If you paid by card, contact the card provider and complain to them too.

You can still request a chargeback from your Bank, but you really need to exhaust negotiations with BMI Baby first. I would call and chase a response on your previous communications. If you get nowhere, write again and send the letter Recorded Delivery. Give them 14 days to respond otherwise you will request a Debit Card chargeback.
