error msg 1935

I am trying to install the new pc studio software that came with my new samsung phone but keep getting this error msg and do not know what to do about it can any one advise in plain english how I sort the problem out on my samsung laptop it is begining to grate now having attempted at least 10 times

Can you give the full error message, there should be more after error message 1935

I can't help with the error but I can tell you that the CDs wich come with just about anything rarely are the latest versions of the software. Certainly when I installed the Samsung PC studio software I downloaded the latest version and ignored the CD.

I tried using a download from the site and same message came up

Some you win...

TBH the program is pretty crud anyway and if you have a storage card in the phone just selecting to connect in mass storage mode is fine for moving photos and movies in and out etc. Not sure if that works for ringtones as I just use whatever comes on a phone and sounds closest to a standard tone for mine..
