I would say that it's more likely that the promoters say no because some of the party are under 18 rather than the number of people you are wanting to take. I don't enter these comps because I have four kids too and I'd be really upset if I won and then found out I couldn't accept the prize.
I really, really, REALLY hope the comps organisers are cool about it and let you take all the kids. I shall be keeping my fingers crossed for you - many congratulations on winning such a great prize :j

WOW I would opt for New York too, maybe they would let you take 19 year old and 16 year old and you pay for the younger children??

Though if it was me I would leave all kids behind and have an adult break with husband and two good friends - or would I be too selfish lol

yes i spoke with two great ladies and they told me there should not be a problem to add my two little ones,they will send me forms to fill with the details of people traveling and when we like to travel,after receiving the forms they will arrange the prize and let me know the difference to pay.
we are all happy and cant wait for the final decision ,i hope they dont change their mind

Wowsers how fantastic and even better you can take your family, I often wonder how accomadating companies are with prizes. When we went to Disney they changed our travel arrangements without us even asking to make the more convenient as we live so far North but wondered about other companies. Have an amazing time :beer:
