Card Fraud WITH THE HALIFAX

I had £5100 taken out of my account over 4 months off my card
When we first looked in to it, the halifax told me there was only £500 missing and paid me that after 103 days
then i looked at all my out goings and i saw there was another £4600 going to the same place. when i phoned the halifax they told me i would have to wait 35 more days untill they got vouchers off visa. so 38 days later i called the halifax and said where is my money. halifax said we are still looking in to it. 2 days later i had a phone call from retail fraud at halifax and they had spoken to the place where my money had gone and i was a associate of 1 of there customers, i called the company were the payment was made to and they confirmed i was not the customer and i was not on there books they even sent me a letter saying this. i sent a letter to the halifax with a copy of this letter and yet i have no reply can any one help me????

you really should have called lost and stolen cards and got it blocked immediately. The fact that you didn't may play against you if trying to claim the money back.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
