Center Parcs Restaurant Bookings

We are heading off to Elveden this weekend and are trying to book a few meals out in the evenings. When we book online they charge £5 per person to book a time slot. Can anyone tell me if this is just a booking fee or will this money come off your bill at the end of the meal. I have searched Center parcs website but cannot seem to to find the answer.

money is a deposit that comes off your final bill.in whinfell the deposit is £10/head .certainly makes you turn up on time.!!!0
