My friend's ex is posting on this forum begging for help when in fact he is totally non-compliant and has been so for the past 8 years!
And so is my ex!

Also, if one read carefully some of the posters threads one will realise that the story keep changing!

I must admit that it brings such a big smile on my face when a non-compliant NRP use the forum as a way of getting help for it shows that they are reaching a point when it is becoming extremely difficult for them to get away from their responsabilities.

could you have a word with my ex for me!!!!! jeez. the contact i get is a "priviledge" according to her. i used to get more till the lovely csa caseworker told her she'd get more by cutting down on the overnight stays as i had her for between 120-140 nights per year.

hey presto, contact gets cut down to less than 52 in an attempt to screw more out of me. lovely. 3 court visits and i'm back up to about 80 nights, plus the judge is none to pleased with her "attitude" and has informed her that she doesn't actually own our child. round 4 is coming up soon, so fingers crossed she keeps the lovely attitude she has for then eh?

What some of these people need to realise is that they and the child eventually benefit from the NRP having a good life and a good relationship with the child.

Short term greed will provide a lifetime of hurt and misery.

My OH has the same problem as you and I really feel for you and your child, such precious time is being wasted.

Its such a shame cos when my OH son comes to stay(every other wkend) he always seems to be supressed, he never talks about his home, you would never here him say "had a laff with mum last night" just doesnt say nothing, ever, and if you ask him anything you feel like your prying!!

No matter how hard it may get, maintain as much contact as possible, try not to be beaten.

I had some arrears in 2002 which i payed back direct to my X over a 4 year period . I couldnt understand why the csa were making such a stink about what i owed them and why they had added more arrears to cover the period whilst the child was with me. After doing some research and talking to friends i was handed some documents which clearly showed the secretary of state helping himself to 60% of an assessment from an NRP. Why was this happening why was the monay not going to PWC . I also have friends that have paid through DEO's for the duration of there CSA case and never missed a payment but are being informed by the CSA that they are £9000 in arrears which appears to be quite a common amount.these people are being taken to court for liability orders so that enforcment action can be taken against them I asked myself why and done some research only to discover that the agents of the csa have targets to reach and are payed performance related bonuses, so the more they recover the more bonus they earn. with regards to the secretary of state helping himself (i have evidence to prove this ) i beleive that the NRP's are paying back over payed benefits which are otherwise unretrievable. I have a friend who was owed £17000 by her X but the CSA gave her £500 and proceded with court action to recover the rest from the NRP i have scanned the documents and will be forwarding them for publishing in due course.

That is shocking!!!
Could it be the PWC was in receipt of benefits hence the money being paid to the Secretary of State.
My ex has arrears but some are due to the Secretary because I did receive X amount of unemployement benefit.

The NRP is meant to financially contribute to his/her child's upbringing but certainly not to contribute towards the Secretary's (large) wealth.

That is so disgusting!

what everyone seems to be forgetting is that the csa were set up as a means to recouperate some of the massive benefits bill run up by the vikki pollards of this land.

if it was set up to reduce poverty then those on benefits would have got more than a fiver a week wouldn't they? i know a guy who pays out the best part of £150 per WEEK, yet his ex gets a tenner of it. reducing poverty? my arze.
