NPB just paid

I had a non paying bidder - case closed fees refunded and now after 2 weeks they have just paid- no message- no communication etc. The money appeared in my paypal with the usual email. Should I just post the item or refund :confused:advice please.

I would refund, its not worth the hassle of sending it out & risking them doing a claim for something silly.
If they didnt reply to the NPB dispute then they wont be able to leave feedback.

refund - they'll probably cause you hassle over not receiving item or find fault with item

If you closed the NPB without them responding they can't leave feedback. If you accept th epayment now you will have to remove the nPB and strike and they can leave you feedback.

I refunded her payment and the emails are going back and forth. What happens if she just keeps repaying when I refund.
  • Tell her you sold it at a car boot sale after you closed the non-paying case ;)

I wouldn't even consider doing anything for at least 2 weeks - afterall they are clearly in no hurry.

The problem there though is that if OP keeps the payment buyer would get the strike removed *and* get a paypal chargeback in for item not received.
