Just installed the above, BT told me the account is now active but cannot connect to the internet.
Gives me the no network found message.

Are you using a router or a USB/PCI modem?
The first step is to check to see if your router/modem is in sync with the exchange. The user manual should tell you what to look for.Dave. :wave:0 -

Solved, password problem, they mailed me one but no service to receive.
Phone call to BT fixed it.
