DWP Letter

I had a letter a week ago on Saturday, and my mum noticed it wasnt signed by the person, not signature on the papers/documents at all!

So I am wondering if its ligit or not, as it came in a white evelope and not a brown one (like they normally do), when we called them and told them we wanted a tribunral they were ok with that. In the letter they stated that they contatced my hospital doctor, when I was on the phone to them and questioned this, they said 'no hospital doctor was contacted'.... Should I worry about there being no signature, or has anyone had any unsigned DWP letters, about DLA?

DWP letters are often sent without signature as they are processed on a system run basis, so the letter is submitted into the system and then they are printing off en masse elsewhere.
    Gone ... or have I?
