    I love it. If you buy the triple packs on 3 for 2 at Boots and also make sure you are on a triple points day you are not getting that bad a deal!

    one of my friends swears by it when he is feeling drained

    only thing to bear in mind is that effervescent tablets can cause acid erosion on teeth - so no toothbrushing for 40minutes after taking one :)

    i use berroca every day and love the stuff :j i have tried substitutes and dont like them ... its expensive so i try to stock up when ever its on special offer.

    i used this for 2 weeks before having surgery last year to boost my immune system - it tasted ok and was a fraction of the price.

    I think they're great too - I get the Sainsbury's own brand an find that they're just as nice/effective
