We are in the process of buying an investment property but were unable to exchange due to unforeseen problems. We are hoping to still go ahead with the purchase which will probably be before September this year. We have put our facility of £270,000 in Nationwide esavings. I have noted that Coventry of 5.10% http://www.coventrybuildingsociety.co.uk/homepage.htm?CBSRef=096000 but does anyone have any other suggestions where we can earn maximum amount of interest but with instant access? Thank you.

What makes you think that the Coventry account is not instant access? AFAIK the only restrictions are £250K max balance and £1k minimum monthly credit.Trying2Save wrote:I have noted that Coventry of 5.10% http://www.coventrybuildingsociety.co.uk/homepage.htm?CBSRef=096000 but does anyone have any other suggestions where we can earn maximum amount of interest but with instant access?0
