sold as seen

we purchased an ex-display conservatory sold as seen(minor parts missing(ie screws). Upon delivery major parts missing ie roof supports glass panes locks etc; the company offered to give money back or make us pay more, not replace missing parts, knowing we have dug and concreted footings, have e-mails and pictures from them stating its all there!!. Where do we stand on our consumer rights or trading standards?? Also they have full payment and its been nearly 2 weeks sitting on our lawn without a final answer just being fobbed off every time I call them!!
Any help please. thanks

They offered to take it back and give you a full refund. That is all they are required to do by law...
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
